We want your new home purchase to be worry and hassle free for years to come. Each Rydon home comes with a number of warranties as standard, ensuring you are in safe hands after your purchase and that help is just a phone call away.

Two-year customer care warranty:

Rydon’s in-house customer care department is on hand to help with any unexpected maintenance issues you may encounter. This warranty covers the fixtures and fittings on your new home, such as windows, central heating, electrical wiring and doors.

NHBC Buildmark customer care warranty:

Every Rydon home is built to the rigorous standards of, inspected by and guaranteed for a 10 year period by, the National House Building Council (NHBC), the UK’s leading home construction warranty and insurance provider. This warranty provides deposit protection between exchange of contracts and legal completion as well as structural insurance cover.

Kitchen appliance and boiler warranty:

In the unlikely event there is a problem with any of the quality appliances within your Rydon home, each of the brands we work with provide a warranty to ensure you’ll be covered. As part of the home demonstration and welcome pack, you will be taken through each of these individually. If you should encounter any issues with these appliances the manufacturer should be contacted directly.
