Another Gold Award for Rydon Homes in 2022 with 100% Customer Satisfaction!

We are delighted that Rydon Homes has once again been recognised for its customer service with a top Gold award and 100% customer satisfaction!

In House, the independent research organisation, made contact with each of our home purchasers, taking feedback on a range of detailed questions relating to their whole Rydon purchasing experience.

Rydon Homes is one of a small number of companies to achieve the 100% satisfaction rating, secured at our recent Matfield and Balcombe developments.

The questions ranged from how the selling agent dealt with their first enquiry, to their contact with Rydon staff, including site managers, sales staff and after purchase customer care and maintenance. Customers were also asked if they would recommend and if they would repeat purchase from Rydon Homes again.

We are delighted to have secured the In House Gold award now for a number of years and look forward to continuing to deliver excellent gold-standard customer service at our future developments
